Delete your account

Sign in and confirm below. Deletion runs immediately: your sign-in, profile and data are removed and you are signed out everywhere. The iOS and Android apps offer the same step under Settings.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@shipstable.io from the address associated with your ShipStable account, with “Delete my ShipStable account” as the subject. If you cannot access that address, say so and we will offer another ownership-verification step before deleting.

Data covered by the request

After verification, the request is evaluated for:

• Account and profile records.
• Workspace memberships and user-owned configuration.
• Chat-session metadata stored by ShipStable.
• Usage, entitlement, and other account-linked application records.

Records required for purchase administration, tax or accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or another applicable legal obligation may need to be retained. The confirmation will identify any applicable exception rather than promise a universal deletion period.

AI conversations and local data

The current backend stores chat-session metadata but the inspected chat path does not write prompt or response bodies into its server chat-message table. AI request content still transits ShipStable and the provider selected for the request and is subject to that provider's applicable terms and settings.

Native apps can retain a protected, size-bounded cache for up to 24 hours. Sign out before completing a deletion request to clear that cache. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it also removes its local data.

Subscriptions

Deleting a ShipStable account does not itself cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription through the provider that bills you before requesting deletion.
