Delete your account
What deletion does
When you delete your Shipstable account, we permanently remove:
- Your account record (email, name, profile image)
- Your integration configs and saved settings
- Token-usage history and billing records older than required by tax / accounting law
- Any chat-history or agent state we may have begun persisting by the time you delete
Deletion completes within 30 days. After deletion, your account cannot be restored. If you want to use Shipstable again you would need to start fresh.
How to delete
In the app (fastest): sign in, go to Settings, scroll to the Account section, and tap Delete account. You'll get a confirmation prompt before we begin the deletion.
By email (if you can't sign in, or you'd rather not): send a request to privacy@shipstable.io from the email address associated with your account. Include the phrase “delete my account” in the subject line so we route it quickly. We will reply to confirm before we delete, then again once deletion is complete.
Before you delete — billing
If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it before deleting your account. Otherwise the subscription continues to bill until its next renewal cycle, since the billing relationship lives with our payment processor (separate from your Shipstable account).
What happens to your AI conversation history
As of the date above, Shipstable does not persist your AI prompts or responses server-side (see our privacy policy for the current state). If we ever begin storing chat history, it will be deleted as part of your account deletion request along with everything else.
Note that data already sent to OpenAI or Anthropic through their APIs is subject to their own retention policies. Per their published API terms, neither provider uses API request data for training, but they may retain copies for a limited window for abuse-monitoring purposes.
