Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Shipstable, a service operated by RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If something is unclear, contact legal@shipstable.io.

What Shipstable Is

Shipstable is an AI-agent command center — a tool for managing, routing, and chatting with AI agents from one place. You can connect your own AI provider accounts or use ShipStable-hosted credits on a Pro, Pro+, or Teams plan.

Your Account

You need an account to use most features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information at signup
  • Keep your authentication credentials confidential
  • Not share your account with others
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised
  • Be at least 13 years old (or the digital consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Shipstable for anything illegal under applicable law
  • Send prompts intended to generate content depicting child sexual abuse, real-world violence planning, or other content prohibited by OpenAI's or Anthropic's usage policies — your prompts pass through those providers and are subject to their terms
  • Attempt to extract our system prompts, API keys, or other credentials from agent responses
  • Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service beyond what the documented API allows
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without prior written authorization from RADLAB LLC
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any component except where applicable law explicitly permits
  • Use the service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or phishing content
  • Resell or repackage the service as your own offering without a separate written agreement
  • Interfere with the service or with other users' use of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, particularly where AI provider terms are at risk.

AI Outputs

Shipstable orchestrates AI agents but does not author their outputs. AI-generated content can be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any AI output produced through the service. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

Service Availability

We aim for the service to be available continuously, but we do not guarantee uptime at this stage. The service depends on third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel); outages there can affect us. We will work to restore service promptly when issues occur.

Pricing and Billing

Free tier and paid plans, when offered, will be described in the app and on our pricing page. If we change pricing, we will notify you before the change applies to you. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your prompts, your integration configs, your saved data). You grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you. Shipstable's code, brand, design, and documentation remain the property of RADLAB LLC.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from /delete or from your Settings page in the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we will give notice where reasonable, except for serious violations where immediate action is necessary.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. RADLAB LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those places, this clause applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
